Hi.

Welcome to my dollmaking journal. I write doll stories, share tips on this creative journey and so much more. Hope you enjoy your visit!.

Them babies.

These poor little souls. I can't tell you with a straight face that I just finished them, because it was so long ago I can't even remember! But hey, here they are. Sometimes good things come to those who wait, am I right?

A mother always has a hard time picking favourites, but since I am half their mother (my Mom helped me make this sweet batch of babies) I guess I can. She is my most favourite of the entire group. Has such a funny smirk and the cutest fat cheeks. I like her a lot.

In fact, I do like them all. A lot. Especially the Fall coloured ones. The goldenrod graces all the sides of our country roads, some leaves are starting to turn and you can almost smell Fall in the air. If you have read my blog for at least a year you will know…you will know that I am a total nutter for the Fall and that I anticipate this season like no other.

In any case, there will be a batch of these little babies available tomorrow for sale. I am loading the store at two times to give everybody the chance to take a peek. They will be there waiting for you at 9 am and 9 pm EST in my trusty Etsy store. Prices vary from $65 and $110 (including shipping!). I really want them to find homes instead of bringing them with me all the way on our travels.

I will be very busy with custom dolls during the month of September and October but do hope and wish to make some Christmas-themed ones come November. So if you have a birthday coming up, a special occasion, or you just like to commemorate the Fall like me, with dolls, tea, sweet garlands and ginger cookies, now is the time to take one of these little rascals home.

Hoping to see you checking the action tomorrow, if not that's alright. I will come back in a couple of days to introduce you to a few fellas who have their eyes set on the stars. See you soon!.
