Hi.

Welcome to my dollmaking journal. I write doll stories, share tips on this creative journey and so much more. Hope you enjoy your visit!.

Who might you be? discovering a doll in the making.

I have been slowly discovering this sweet little girl. Although she is not so little anymore. She is pure magic, literally. Inspired by a story written about her, I have been taking the time to get to know her.

A natural fiber art doll in the making, pure souls  made of cloth and wool. By Fig and Me.

She is a bit of a tomboy, but also a bit girly. Her name means circus, and I feel like that describes a bit her personality. I can't tell you too much about her just yet, but one thing for sure: she is made of magic and she loves the snow.

Long legs that go for day…or so they say. A natural fiber art doll in the making, by Fig and Me.

A beautiful soul, natural fiber art doll by Fig and me.

All I can say for now is that she is very tall, a bit over 20". I can say she is a Petite Fig, my first in this style as a custom doll, and that she is delightful. She whispers a lot, loves baked potatoes and makes people feel happy. Me included.

Sakasu meets Father Winter.

The little ones are going home.
